This Recipe Comes From The Kitchen of Clara Hanks.
Vegetable Pizza
Ingredients:
2 packages crescent rolls
8 oz package cream cheese,
softened
8 oz carton sour cream
1 package ranch-style
dressing mix
4 cups chopped or sliced
vegetables:
cauliflower, broccoli,
carrots, tomato, radishes, celery, onion, peppers (use the ones
your family likes)
2 cups shredded cheese
(cheddar, mozzarella, Monterey Jack--again choose your favorite)
Directions:
Unroll the crescent
rolls and pat into a 15 X 10 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
Mix together the cream
cheese, sour cream and dressing mix until smooth. Spread on top of the cooled crust.
Top with vegetables.
Sprinkle with cheese. Cut and enjoy.
